I’m Chassi, and baking fresh, homemade deep dish focaccia bread is my passion and my joy. From my cozy kitchen in Rockvale, TN, I create delicious, artisan breads using simple ingredients, love, and a sprinkle of creativity.
The name Chassi's Caccia comes straight from my heart—and from my granddaughter, Zoë. When she was a toddler, Zoë adored my focaccia bread but couldn’t quite pronounce it. Instead, she excitedly told me, “Granny, I love your caccia!” Her sweet mispronunciation melted my heart, and I knew right then that it would become the perfect name for my bakery.
My journey began baking for family and friends, who always encouraged me to share my homemade bread with the world. There’s something special about the aroma of fresh rosemary and garlic filling the kitchen, and the golden, crisp edges of a perfectly baked focaccia loaf. It’s comfort, tradition, and happiness—all in one bite.
